Transmission in single sideband (SSB) offers two great advantages to the yachtsmen in terms of safety and energy consumption. Firstly, it allows access to a series of useful information for navigation, transmitted by military and civil stations all over the world. Secondly, transmission in single sideband (SSB) optimises the power of the sender and therefore reduces the waste of valuable energy resources. RA600 is a 7m (23') SSB marine antenna with side feed termination bolt. It consists of 2 parts (4+3m/13+10') finished with a highly resistant polyurethane paint. This antenna has been designed and manufactured to guarantee great performance and for its installation we suggest the use of the 4-way stainless steel support RA176 (optional) with the stad-off bracket RA119 (optional.)
